Role Overview:
- As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing marketing projects, and managing online communities to enhance brand engagement. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while also ensuring that brand communities are active, engaged, and aligned with brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client requests, assessing their needs and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.
- Prepare cost estimates, develop project budgets, and monitor performance
- Track client requests and manage project workflows
- Maintain and oversee project documentation, ensuring accurate records and smooth information flow between teams.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including digital, creative, and events departments, to deliver integrated and high-quality marketing solutions.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and strategic objectives.
- Participate in new client tenders, preparing proposals and supporting documentation.
- Support contract preparation, negotiations, and onboarding processes for new clients
- Identify and engage potential new clients, nurturing leads to converting them into active partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, account management, community management with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing client accounts and marketing projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and online communities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client and community needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (for communication with international clients) is required.
