“Breeze Hotel” LLC looking for the Front Desk Agent
Job description:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival;
- Check guests in and out of their rooms using hotel management software;
- Process payments, including handling cash and credit transactions;
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes;
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions;
- Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively and escalate issues as needed;
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions;
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly;
- Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs – record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns;
- Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary;
- Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you’ll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian is an advantage;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Proficiency in using computers and hotel management software;
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus;
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
Working conditions:
- Working duration: 40 days (starting date 20th of October);
- Working days: 6 days in a week;
- Salary will be 1400 AZN per month;
- Address: Sea Breeze Resort / Nardaran settlement;
- Bus service and meals are provided by the company.
