Job Description:
Bridge Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and assist in financial reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bookkeeping services, including recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger
- Record vendor bills daily in accordance with the e-qaimə list
- Reconcile suppliers’ e-qaimə with handover notes
- Record bank transactions on a daily basis
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements
- Perform periodic intercompany balance reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial budgets
- Ensure all financial figures are supported by proper documentation and approvals
- Prepare ad-hoc reports based on requests from senior team members
- Participate in inventory counts
- Perform ad-hoc fieldwork as required
- Reports directly to the Cluster Manager
