Working Conditions:

- Work schedule: 5/2, 09:00 – 18:00
- Salary: 1000–1200 AZN
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 25–35
- Higher education (Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Russian or English is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of labor legislation
Job Responsibilities:
- Carrying out operations in the EMAS and ISB portals
- Recruitment, termination, transfer, promotion of employees in accordance with the Labor Code; preparation of employee files; monitoring electronic employment contract approvals
- Participation in the organization and implementation of performance management and employee evaluation systems
- Maintaining records of employee leave and ensuring compliance with leave schedules
- Preparation of all types of HR orders
- Preparation, approval, and familiarization of employees with job descriptions for all positions
- Monitoring attendance records of employees and submitting them to the accounting department after verification
- Verification, registration, and accounting of sick leaves
- Preparation and registration of reference letters, HR-related correspondence, etc.
- Identifying training needs and planning employee development activities
- Initiating projects related to company culture and organizational change
- Preparing HR-related reports as requested by management and performing other HR-related tasks
