Workplace: Bridge Plaza, 6 Bakikhanov Street, Baku

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 18:00 PM

Salary: 1700 – 2000 AZN

Employment: In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project-related roles, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on deadlines, and report to senior leadership in a structured manner.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with renovation or fit-out processes is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and working proficiency in English, Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Reporting & Oversight

  • Report directly to the CEO, acting as the central liaison for both operational and project-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing progress, key activities, timelines, challenges, and milestones related to renovation works and overall asset performance.
  • Provide structured insights into priority tasks, budget considerations, and potential risks, enabling informed decision-making at the executive level.

Asset Coordination & Property Interface

  • Maintain ongoing communication with landlords of leased assets and technical teams of company-owned outlets to ensure all contractual, operational, and technical issues are handled efficiently.
  • Monitor the condition of existing restaurant and café units, identifying renovation or maintenance needs and initiating action plans in coordination with relevant teams.

Project & Renovation Coordination

  • Supervise ongoing fit-out and renovation projects, providing support to site teams in terms of planning, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Attend key meetings related to project execution, asset refurbishments, and property development discussions.
  • Assist the CEO and senior leadership in executing the company’s expansion and refurbishment strategy across the HORECA portfolio.

Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders, including restaurant managers, landlords, consultants, and contractors, to ensure clarity on timelines, deliverables, and shared responsibilities
