Working conditions:
- Workplace: Angel Cakes Restaurant,
- Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00,
- Salary: The salary will be negotiated during the interview,
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Requirements for candidates:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in restaurant;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset;
- Fluency in Russian;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant;
- Manage, train, and motivate staff, including scheduling shifts;
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level;
- Monitor sales, costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets;
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly;
- Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and new projects;
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
