Your quote should remain valid for 30 days from the required date of receipt and all costs should be stated in local currency, Azerbaijan manat. Your quote must be received by cop of 05 February 2025

The proposed contract will commence on 01 April 2025, extendable by subject to agreement between FCDO and contracted party

Specification

The British Embassy is looking for a supplier to provide taxi services for its staff.

Suppliers in above area are welcome to provide brochures and other documents to support their bids. The evaluation of suppliers will be based on the total package, quality of services and value for money. The bid should include:

Quotation on your standard:

• Rate per kilometre/zone
• Rate for airport transfers
• Rate for waiting time

Available car fleet (models, manufacture date, seat belts, airbags)
Availability of 24 hour call line
dAvailability of POS terminal in the cars or mobile POS terminal (app in driver’s phone)/online link payment
List your current customers, including contact details of at least 3, who may be contacted for references

The FCDO’s dedication to environmental sustainability and reducing carbon emissions, we prioritize the use of eco-friendly vehicles such as electric or hybrid vehicles in our transportation services. Tenderers are encouraged to propose solutions that align with these values. If there is no available alternative – please provide commentary. Please note that if alternatives are available – they must be put forward with your bid.
