Your Profile:

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• High motivation and willingness to learn new skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or insurance is an advantage but not required
• Team spirit and flexibility
