Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan LLC is looking for an innovative Sales and Purchasing Specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team.
Main Duties:
- Improvement of business processes.
- Research of the market and competitors, evaluation of the economic situation of the market, continuous analysis of the company's business activity and the factors affecting the activity.
- Determination of necessary marketing measures.
- Optimization of marketing costs.
- Searching for new channels for selling products.
- Organization and holding of advertising campaigns, preparation of booklets, flyers, presentations, and other advertising products.
- Establishing relations with advertising and media companies, receiving offers from them, determining profitable offers, concluding contracts, and monitoring their subsequent work.
- Preparing a customer questionnaire for researching consumer demand.
- Selection and ordering of promotional gifts to increase customer loyalty to the company.
- Establishing relations with customers.
- Acceptance of tender requests and preparation of tender documents.
- Price calculation.
- Legal investigation and evaluation of tender conditions.
- Preparation of presentations, agendas and other documents for participation in various exhibitions, conferences
- Meetings and negotiations with local and foreign partners in order to expand the company's relations.
- Providing weekly reports and to uploading them on company sales’ platform
- Working with internal departments and external suppliers in addressing outstanding issues.·
- Review quotations and evaluating suppliers for the purpose of making recommendations.
- May assist in identifying and analyzing cost savings and negotiating price reductions.
- Conducting general administrative duties for the purchasing group such as filing, ordering supplies and coordinating miscellaneous department activities.
- Assists with contract development and execution with suppliers.
- Assists with value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar.
- Valid driver's license.-preferable
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
- Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
- Ability to remain professional.
- Good command of English and Russian languages.
