Overall role:
The Electrical Technicians in a PV power plant are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems and components within the plant, covering both generation and transmission assets. The Electrical Technicians plays a key role in ensuring reliable electrical power generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as maintaining compliance with operational and safety standards in Azerbaïdjan. These technicians work closely with other maintenance and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous power supply.

Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a power plant, renewable energy facility, or industrial setting, with a focus on high-voltage electrical systems.
- Certifications: High-voltage safety certification, training in SCADA or PLC systems, or certifications in electrical testing and diagnostics are advantageous
Job-Specific Skills:
- System Knowledge: Proficiency with electrical systems in PV systems, including inverters, transformers, switchgear, and protective relays.
- Diagnostic and Testing Skills: Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and thermographic cameras for troubleshooting.
- High-Voltage Safety: Comprehensive knowledge of high-voltage safety practices and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze electrical system data to identify issues, optimize performance, and enhance reliability.
