Location: Baku
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute the sales of consulting services (business, finance, HR, IT, etc.)
- Identify and attract potential clients while expanding the existing customer base
- Arrange meetings with clients and assess their needs
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships
- Track sales processes in the CRM system and prepare regular reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (consulting or B2B sales experience is an advantage)
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; Russian and/or English is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Excellent presentation and client management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Working Conditions:
- Work schedule: 6-day workweek
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
- Salary: 1200 AZN + sales commission
