Role overview: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers, problem-solving, and uncovering business opportunities through data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in analytics and eager to learn from experienced professionals. 

What You'll be doing:

• Analyse sales data at different granularity levels to uncover insights
• and opportunities
• Build forecasting models (e.g., time series, regression) to predict sales
• and demand
• Apply machine learning techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, or
• growth drivers
• Segment outlets using clustering and other unsupervised methods
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define KPIs and build
• decision-support dashboards
• Own and enhance internal analytical tools using Python and SQL
• Present findings to commercial leadership in clear, impactful ways

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education (preferably in Mathematics, Economics or related fields);
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in analytical roles in Sales, Marketing;

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large data volumes;
• Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Prophet, ARIMA, exponential
• smoothing);
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI, solid understanding of SQL and data transformation logic;
• Strong communication skills (teamwork, drive for results and trainability);
• fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate
