Role overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven On-trade Key Account Manager (OT KAM) to join our Sales team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening relationships with key partners, and ensuring our brands are highly visible and well-represented in the on-trade channel (HoReCa).
What You'll be doing:
- Grow product visibility and brand presence in the on-trade channel;
- Build and maintain contracts with distributors and key customers;
- Lead negotiations and finalize direct contracts with key accounts;
- Plan, execute, and monitor local sales campaigns and promotional activities;
- Ensure sales budget performance and product distribution targets are achieved;
- Audit product storage, rotation, and compliance at retail outlets and distributor warehouses;
- Oversee installation of draught equipment and ensure timely activation of marketing programs;
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and key activities in the region;
- Provide regular updates on customer base and ensure CRM data accuracy;
- Contribute to increasing company profitability by implementing strategic initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Higher education degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry in a similar or managerial role.
- Experience in key account management, trade marketing, and sales operations.
- Good understanding of merchandising, territory management, and customer relations.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability);
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems;
- Valid Category B driver’s license and solid driving experience;
- fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - İntermediate
