Role overview: 

• We are currently looking for a Planning Manager who will lead a team of planning specialists and oversee the end-to-end planning process within a well-established S&OP environment. This role combines strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence to ensure effective demand and supply planning across multiple brands and channels. 

What You'll be doing:

• Lead and develop a team of planning specialists responsible for day-to-day planning operations within a well-established planning and S&OP framework 
• Ensure execution and excellence of existing processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives 
• Lead demand forecasting across multiple brands and channels 
• Develop and manage supply plans aligned with production and distribution 
• Drive and facilitate the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process 
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations 
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy and key planning KPIs 
• Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and excess 
• Analyze market trends and business inputs to enhance planning quality.

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience in demand/supply planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English communication skills, Russian is an advantage
