Role overview: 

• We are looking for an experienced Project Senior Manager to lead brewery capacity, and capability projects end to end. The role combines long-term capacity planning, investment governance, budget ownership, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined project delivery.

What You'll be doing:

• Own brewery capacity and capability projects from development and planning through execution supervision and implementation;
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly CAPEX budgets and reports using Carlsberg reporting systems, in cooperation with Project Management, Engineering, and Finance;
• Partner with Finance, Planning, Sales and Marketing, and other functions to translate business strategy and three-to-five-year volume forecasts into investment needs;
• Connect capacity planning outputs with Long-Term Development Planning and prepare regular Capacity Evaluations, at least annually;
• Ensure Carlsberg Engineering Standards are applied across all CAPEX projects and maintain budget accuracy during estimation and execution;
• Identify and consolidate investment requirements across capacity increases, commercial new product development, asset replacement, returnables, environment, health and safety, loss prevention, quality, and other local projects;
• Promote the use of suitable second-hand equipment through APT where applicable;
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers while promoting a one-team approach;
• Drive continuous improvement and lead the digitalization and automation of budgeting and reporting processes. 

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or project management;
• Strong project and CAPEX management capabilities.

Skills:

• Strong situational leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills;
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and suppliers effectively;
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance attention to detail with the wider business picture;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
