• Location: Deniz Mall 2nd floor
• Capacity: 40+ guests
• Employment Type: Full-time (5 days a week work schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Manage CASA’s social media accounts and ensure consistent brand image and communication
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries on all social platforms
• Participate in photo and video shoots; organize and coordinate the production process
• Create engaging content plans and write copy for posts, captions, and promotional materials
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly social media content calendars
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Oversee preparation and distribution of advertising materials
  Conduct market and competitor analysis, keeping track of trends and best practices
  Assist in organizing marketing events and supporting brand promotion activitie

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience (preferably in social media or digital marketing)
• Native Azerbaijani, B2 level Russian and English – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Proven experience in content creation (text, photo, video)
• Basic video shooting and editing skills are an advantage
• Creative mindset with strong communication and analytical skills
• Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Work schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
• If required, overtime or weekend work will be compensated in accordance with labor law
• Salary: 800–1200 AZN (depending on experience and qualifications)
