Direct report Operations Director

Position summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system, ensuring that the CRM system is efficiently utilized to drive sales, improve customer retention, and enhance overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design, implement, and track CRM-driven campaigns, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
  • Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conduct business reviews, coming from all channels, and prepare reports.
  • Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM software tools, Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving customer experience and business processes.
  • Minimum 2 years in CRM
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools, Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools for reporting and analysis.

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language skills

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
