Selected candidates will join a *2-month paid internship program*, during which they will gain practical experience in a real working environment, including market monitoring, risk analysis, and operational risk control. Based on their performance during the internship period, successful candidates may be offered the opportunity to continue as full-time employees.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor sports betting markets on a daily basis;
• Track customer activity and identify unusual behavior patterns;
• Analyze potential risks, market movements, and pricing discrepancies;
• Support risk exposure management processes;
• Participate in operational risk control and risk mitigation processes;
• Work with statistical and probability-based data to support decision-making;
• Prepare analytical reports, monitoring results, and performance evaluations;
• Participate in daily risk control processes and ensure effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
• Basic knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, and risk analysis;
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with data;
• Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and make well-grounded decisions;
• Ability to make quick decisions, work under pressure, and respond appropriately in stressful situations;
• Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy;
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment;
• English language proficiency — B2 level or higher;
• Russian language proficiency will be considered an advantage;
• Interest in sports betting markets and basic understanding of the industry will be considered an additional advantage;
• The position is designed for junior-level and early-career candidates.
