Requirements:

• Age: 21–30
• Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage)
• Education: Higher education is preferable
• Work Experience: Experience in tele-sales is an advantage (experience in sales or customer service is also desirable)
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs and CRM systems

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to present products and services via phone
• Persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in shifts
