Job Summary: As an Operations & Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing the onboarding process for B2B partners, establishing daily operational communication with clients, and overseeing legal and financial documentation workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, operational excellence, and effective issue resolution for our corporate partners. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Support, or Business Operations (SaaS/Startup experience is a plus);
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data verification and reporting;
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities;
  • Native Azerbaijani, professional working proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams effectively;
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the onboarding process for new B2B partners by sending onboarding kits and Excel templates to corporate clients;
  • Perform data validation on employee files and provision HR accounts on the platform;
  • Establish and maintain daily operational communication with HR teams and corporate clients;
  • Address daily inquiries in HR communication channels and ensure timely issue resolution;
  • Follow up on the timely upload of monthly payroll Excel files and ensure data accuracy;
  • Prepare user guides, training materials, and short videos regarding new platform features;
  • Draft B2B agreements based on standard templates and coordinate terms with legal teams;
  • Ensure monthly reports, invoices, and e-invoices are delivered to clients on time;
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for technical issues reported by HR teams and users, including Excel upload errors, limit issues, and deduction-related problems;
  • Deactivate faulty files when necessary and escalate technical bugs to the developer team;
  • Draft copy for monthly user SMS notifications and prepare feature/campaign briefs for the marketing team;
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, legal, finance, marketing, and development to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
