Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily finance and accounting operations using the relevant accounting system
• Follow up on AR/AP settlements, ensuring timely processing and regular reconciliations
• Conduct bank transaction reconciliations and ensure accurate data entry
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve financial and accounting-related queries
• Prepare and submit all statutory and regulatory reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including cost analysis and financial reviews
• Support financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper reconciliations
• Participate in internal and external audits and collaborate with auditors as required
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
• Solid knowledge of Azerbaijan tax legislation
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Professional qualifications are an advantage (ACCA, Azerbaijani Professional Accountant Certificate (PMS), etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Experience with 1C accounting software (experience with other accounting systems or ERP solutions is an advantage)
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
