İnternational logistics company is looking for Junior operations coordinator!

Job Responsibilities:

• Registering incoming inquiries
• Search and compare vendors by required services
• Negotiating with vendors on price and transportation terms  
• Coordinate transportation projects
• Establish and maintain vendor and client databases
• Ensure proper documentation availability 

Requirements for Candidate:

• Higher Education
• Relevant work experience – minimum 1 year
• Self-motivated, Self-development, self-education
• Attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, discipline
• Good communications and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Strong knowledge (speaking, reading, writing) of English language – certified IELTS 6.5 or higher
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office proficiency
• Business writing, negotiating, reporting and documentation skills

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary expectations: Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience
