Conditions:
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (near Koroglu Metro Station)
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
- Days Off & Public Holidays: In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international air, ocean, road and multimodal shipments.
- Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers and suppliers.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (AWB, BL, CMR, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Request and negotiate freight rates with carriers and partners.
- Ensure accurate operational data entry into company systems.
- Support invoicing and operational reporting activities.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure high service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with logistics and freight forwarding systems will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and customer focus.
