We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to maximize revenue, increase average rates, and drive business growth across all market segments.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, ADR, and hotel profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and professional clients to drive business activity and achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the hotel at trade fairs, corporate events, industry campaigns, and seminars in both local and international markets.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers; ensure terms and conditions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Streamline the lead generation process, enabling the sales team to respond efficiently to business opportunities.
  • Analyze opportunities for growth, including potential acquisitions, and conduct due diligence where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and deliver the company’s strategic plan.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns for targeted markets.
  • Prepare monthly P&L reports and contribute to the annual sales budget planning.
  • Adjust the hotel’s sales approach as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Higher education (Master’s degree preferred);
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales market and industry trends;
  • Strategic thinking with decision-making and leadership abilities;
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify new revenue opportunities;
  • Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams;
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani – both written and spoken;
  • Experience with Opera PMS (Property Management System) .
