Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
- Manage Social Media Channels, preparing monthly calendars and Google Adwords campaigns
- Manage hotel’s database of press & guests
- Responsible for corporate messaging development and distribution
- Proactively generate ways to advance the hotel’s brand in industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising
- Prepare and manage leasing materials and project marketing materials as needed
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Support the Sales & Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Write articles on behalf of Hotel/key employees
- Responsible for the distribution and content of e-newsletter
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging
- Organizing Press Trip itineraries, meeting bloggers, influencers, journalists, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned which are in the best interests of the Hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian and English;
- Highly developed organizational skills.
