Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel plans
- Serve as the key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in managing projects, handling correspondence, and preparing reports
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate company events and assist with general office management tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in a similar executive or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (interm), Russian (pref) and Azerbaijani
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
