Salary: 3,500 AZN (net)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax, social fund, and statistical reports
• Collaborate with auditors and external institutions during inspections and audits
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial discipline
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Operate accounting systems (1C or ERP) effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani accounting standards and tax legislation
• Proficiency in 1C or other ERP accounting software
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
