About the Opportunity

• We are representing the owner of an exciting new mixed-use commercial development in Baku and are seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to lead the property’s leasing strategy and play a key role in its successful market launch.
• This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial positioning of a landmark project, working directly with ownership to attract high-quality office, retail and food & beverage tenants. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to influence tenant mix, drive leasing performance and contribute to creating a vibrant commercial destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall commercial leasing strategy in line with the project’s business objectives.
• Identify, approach and secure high-quality office, retail and F&B tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international brands, brokers and corporate occupiers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully conclude lease agreements.
• Develop an optimal tenant mix that enhances the long-term value and attractiveness of the property.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and rental benchmarks to identify commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and other project stakeholders throughout the commercialization process.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy forecasts and pipeline updates for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably within office, retail or mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record of successfully leasing commercial properties and achieving occupancy targets.
• Strong network within Azerbaijan’s commercial real estate market, including retailers, corporate tenants and brokerage firms.
• Excellent commercial acumen with outstanding negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple negotiations simultaneously and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required; Russian is considered an advantage.
