Job Purpose:

• The Division GeoUnit Business Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis within the GeoUnit. The role supports the Division Controller and management team by providing financial insights, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and identifying opportunities to optimize performance and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report key performance indicators and financial results
• Support profitability and cash flow management
• Identify and follow up on at-risk receivables; reduce DSO and improve invoicing cycles
• Analyze tenders, evaluate commercial risks, and assess margin impact
• Monitor working capital, assess inventory efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities
• Track cost inflation trends and support cost optimization efforts
• Apply Division-specific accounting practices including revenue and cost recognition
• Analyze resource utilization (tools, people) to improve productivity
• Coordinate financial forecasts, budgeting, and planning
• Analyze financial performance of customer contracts
• Conduct monthly financial reviews, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Support both internal and external audit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business controlling
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial statements
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferred)
• Excellent command of English (C1 level)
