We are seeking an experienced Finance and Operations Manager to oversee finance, supply chain and operational activities. The role will support financial planning and execution, ensure robust operational controls, and improve end-to-end supply systems and reporting. The ideal candidate has experience in multi-national companies’ finance and/or supply chain departments, strong Excel and systems skills, and familiarity with AZ pharma companies or distributors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end and year-end financial close tasks,  reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Manage financial planning and forecasting processes (budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections).
  • Monitor and report on financial performance
  • Oversee working capital management and optimize cash conversion cycle.
  • Support commercial finance activities: pricing analysis, margin and profitability analysis, contract financials.
  • Manage improvements in supply chain operations: demand planning support, inventory management, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, suppliers and third-party service providers.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel reporting tools, automations and dashboards for operational and financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements; coordinate audits and statutory reporting as required.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance and/or supply chain roles within multi-national companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/ supply systems (SAP)
  • Experience working with pharma companies or pharmaceutical distributors
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills
