About the Role
- A leading international company is looking for a commercially minded and analytical Finance Controller to join its Finance Team. This role is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business performance reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze operating expenses, CAPEX and profitability.
- Prepare financial models and business cases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit or Financial Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- ERP experience (SAP is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
