Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Establish clear financial priorities and ensure their integration into business plans
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and the development of long-term financial models
- Manage cash flow effectively and minimize liquidity risks
- Ensure transparent, structured, and efficient management of revenue and cost flows
Analytics & Decision Support
- Analyze financial performance and drive initiatives to improve profitability (bottom line)
- Provide financial analytics and predictive scenarios to support decision-making
- Develop a deep understanding of the business model and industry, offering an independent financial perspective and constructively challenging business decisions
Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and present analytical insights to senior management
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure proper management of tax, audit, and accounting processes
- Review contracts and financial documents for legal and financial compliance
Operations & Cost Management
- Oversee payroll accounting, payment processes, and vendor payments
- Drive cost optimization and improve overall financial efficiency
- Lead the implementation and development of ERP and financial management systems
Risk, Controls & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and implement internal financial policies, procedures, and control mechanisms
- Identify and manage financial risks while ensuring strong financial discipline
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of the company's overall strategy
Experience & Education
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as a financial director
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or CIMA are considered an advantage
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., 1C, SAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Strong leadership, team management, and effective communication skills
