We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address guest concerns.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills; Russian is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or other Food & Beverage establishment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations.
Working Conditions
- Working schedule: 5 days per week.
- Lunch is provided by the company.
- Salary: 800–1100 AZN (depending on experience and qualifications).
