About the Role
- Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Group HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. You will drive the development and execution of a unified HR strategy across all entities, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business priorities
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, L&D, and organizational development across all business units
- Champion employee engagement, cultural transformation, and change management initiatives
- Oversee performance management, compensation & benefits, and succession planning frameworks
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal standards across all jurisdictions
- Build and mentor a strong HR leadership team across entities and regions
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in senior HR roles, ideally at group of companies
- Demonstrated success in leading HR transformation and scaling HR operations in dynamic environments
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in multi-country, matrixed organizational structures
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
