Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining employee records and databases.
- Providing support in HR administrative tasks.
- Assisting with employee benefits and payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Prior experience in HR is a plus.
Languages required: Fluent English, Azerbaijani, Russian
Conditions:
- Starting salary: 1000-1200 AZN
- Location: Salyan Highway (close to Lokbatan circle)
- Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00
