Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal regulations
- Coordinate relationships between external projects and the HR department and control the processes
- To identify appropriate qualification for employee development and improvements and other trainings and to provide information about it
- Coordination work with partner Companies and Governmental Bodies
- Conducts benefits orientations and oversees annual benefits open enrollment process
- Calculating employee turnover and analyzing its direct and indirect reasons
- Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization
- Implementing other HR practices within the company
- Preparing required Reports
General Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR Business Administration, Law and/or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in law firms or consulting companies
- English language proficiency at B2-C1
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of general HR practices required
