A leading international company is currently seeking a HSE Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, supporting operational teams in risk management, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE inductions, training sessions, and knowledge assessments for employees and stakeholders 
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations and internal standards
• Participate in incident and accident investigations and maintain related documentation
• Develop and update HSE procedures, policies, and regulatory documentation
• Cooperate with government authorities and regulatory bodies on occupational safety matters
• Conduct risk assessments and internal HSE audits
• Ensure compliance with international and local safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations
• Promote and strengthen HSE awareness and safety culture across the organization
• Leading the HSE Team 

Requirements

• Higher education in Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE or occupational safety in an industrial environment
• International HSE certification (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent) is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Experience in incident investigation, safety audits, and compliance monitoring
• Ability to work closely with operational teams and regulatory authorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Russian
