Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with structural departments to identify human resource needs and participate in workforce planning processes
- Oversee the vacancy fulfillment process and coordinate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees
- Conduct annual training needs analysis and prepare the annual training plan
- Organize and coordinate training programs
- Measure training effectiveness and prepare relevant reports
- Implement a performance evaluation system for production and administrative staff
- Support the implementation of KPI and competency-based evaluation models
- Manage monthly and annual performance evaluation processes
- İmprove development plans based on performance appraisal results
- Initiate employee engagement and motivation initiatives
- Support the implementation of discipline and behavioral standards in production areas
- Participate in employee development and career planning processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant field (experience in the production/manufacturing sector is preferred)
- Analytical thinking skills
- Practical experience in training and performance management
- Knowledge of performance management and KPI systems
- Skills in training needs analysis and program design
- Knowledge of office software (especially Excel) and ERP systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Working Conditions:
- Location: Baku and Sumgait
- Work schedule: 5 working days per week
- Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30
