About the role:

  • Position in the organizational structure: Attached to the Executive Director.
  • Starting date: April, 2026
  • Proposal salary: 3000-3500 AZN (gross)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continuous development, maintenance, and support of all management information systems, guaranteeing system availability, integrity, and reliability.
  • Take full responsibility for the overall IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, servers, and related technologies.
  • Oversee and evaluate all technological operations in alignment with institutional objectives and performance standards.
  • Lead the implementation of new software solutions and hardware systems, providing necessary preparation, guidance, technical support, and user training.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations regarding innovative technological solutions that meet institutional needs.
  • Lead the development, implementation, administration, and technical support of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Manage and maintain ERP/CRM systems to ensure their efficiency, security, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee student and faculty attendance management systems for administrative and academic purposes.
  • Supervise the development and operation of systems used for examination management, monitoring, and publication of academic results.
  • Ensure the establishment, maintenance, and regular testing of backup and disaster recovery systems across all departments, including IT, Human Resources, Finance, Student Affairs, Public Relations, and academic units.
  • Oversee the allocation and tracking of laptops and other IT equipment, including preparation of relevant documentation, contracts, and inventory records.
  • Ensure timely and effective technical support for IT-related requests submitted by staff members.
  • Administer and maintain the intranet and email systems, ensuring secure and efficient internal communication.
  • Manage the technical aspects of admissions platforms and related procedures.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of video surveillance systems and access control systems (including turnstiles and related infrastructure).
  • Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with internet service providers and network vendors.
  • Liaise with external IT service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with institutional requirements.
  • Maintain effective collaboration with partner institutions’ IT departments to ensure system compatibility and operational efficiency.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management, preferably within an educational or institutional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, ERP/CRM systems, networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
