We are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to support client communication, assist in sales activities, and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for IT and cybersecurity services;
• Identify potential clients and establish long-term business relationships;
• Manage and strengthen existing client partnerships while analyzing customer needs; 
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and other business-related documentation; 
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities; 
• Participate in local and international tenders and support proposal submission processes;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field; 
• Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus;
• Strong command of English and Russian (written and spoken) is mandatory; 
• Confident in corporate communication (email writing, professional texting); 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); 
• Basic understanding of business communication and documentation; 
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn; 
• Understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions;
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
