Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and promoting a collaborative project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile and traditional PM methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define objectives, deliverables, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules in line with business goals.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate team communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement and implement project best practices.
• Ensure proper documentation of project artifacts (e.g., user stories, test cases, acceptance criteria).
• Guide teams in Agile practices and coach less experienced team members.
• Organize and lead regular project status and working meetings.
• Support the Product Owner in managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Assist in establishing effective project governance frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile and traditional PM methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.
• PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Russian and English (especially in a business setting).
