Essential Requirements:
- Pharmacy and / or pharmaceutical sciences background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strategic marketing management experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation, balancing multiple stakeholder requirement
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and regulatory teams.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop product positioning and messaging.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
- Develop promotional materials and sales tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms.
