Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage localized payroll processes, ensuring compliance with Azerbaijan’s tax and labor laws.
- Support the configuration and customization of payroll modules within ERP systems.
- Advise clients on best practices for payroll and HR process optimization.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs related to payroll and HR.
- Design, test, and deploy payroll and HR functionalities in ERP systems.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of payroll/HR solutions.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll and financial systems.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Azerbaijan’s payroll processes, including tax regulations, social contributions, and legal compliance.
- Understanding of core HR processes such as employee onboarding, leave management, and organizational structuring.
- Familiarity with basic finance concepts, especially as they relate to payroll (e.g., payroll accounting).
- Experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in implementing or managing payroll and HR solutions in an ERP environment.
- Relevant certifications in HR, payroll, or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages. Russian is advantage.
