Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
We are seeking a professional Personal Assistant for the General Director in the automotive sector.
Requirements:
- Female candidate, aged 25-35.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
- Higher education (university degree required).
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the General Director’s schedule and appointments.
- Organizing meetings and maintaining records.
- Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.).
- Handling correspondence (letters, emails, etc.).
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
- Saturday: 10:00 - 15:00
- Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary: 1500 AZN (net).
