Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project delivery from planning to execution.
• Supervise the engineering division, ensuring completion of electrical and multidisciplinary projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Oversee all engineering and construction activities in compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely acquisition of electrical equipment and related materials.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring deadlines and conditions are met.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and update risk management plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing industrial EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for reading and understanding engineering designs
• Experience working with international and multicultural teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are welcomed but not mandatory
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian is an advantage
