Duties & Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform the procurement of products and services required in support of Company’s business activities in accordance with company’s policies and procedures 
  • To ensure that purchased materials/services from competitive vendor based on criteria of Best Price, Quality, Delivery and within budget.
  • Internal interface includes the, Operation Group, HSE, Admin and Finance. 
  • Review received Material / Service Requisition and verify accuracy.
  • Liaise with Requisitioners, if required to ensure that correct information is provided.
  • Perform RFP (Request for Proposal) process as per Company Procurement Procedure.
  • Coordinate the vendor clarification process.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations with vendor and perform CBE (Commercial Bid Evaluation).
  • Place PO with selected vendor, provide ongoing Purchase Order administration including Expediting PO;
  • Assist the expediting process; resolve technical and commercial clarifications with vendors.
  • Keep records and update PSCM relate weekly / monthly reports.
  • Keep in order PO filing.
  • Execute Contracts 
  • Support in standardized reporting production – Monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
  • Support the business by ensuring management and teams are provided with sufficient data, analysis and support for plans, business initiatives to enable performance delivery and enhanced decision-making.
  • Proactively seek more business development tasks and projects as free time allows.
  • Keep records of goods subject to partial delivery in accordance with contracts.
  • Identify proactively problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution.
  • Follow approved company & PSCM Procedures & Policies.
  • Perform other PSCM related duties, as requested.

Education/Experience and Qualification:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English languages
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
