Job responsibilities:

  • To perform the procurement of products and services required in support of Company’s business activities in accordance with company’s policies and compliance/ethical standards;
  • To receive customer RFQs – register in relevant reports;
  • To handle assigned RFQs reviewing / rechecking them and if provided information is sufficient re-sending to manufacturer / suppliers for quoting;
  • To meet deadlines set by customer and chase vendors accordingly;
  • In case proposed customer deadline is not obtainable, ask for extension accordingly;
  • If any technical clarification / additional information is required from manufacturer side, inform end user accordingly;
  • To receive and evaluate all vendor proposals;
  • In case if any details are missing on successful proposal to communicate vendor for clarification;
  • To review Client’s Quality Plans category for all receiving proposals. To check with vendor for all required Quality plans certificates, if certification does not match with Quality Plan put notes on Sales Proposal to Customer.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English languages
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
