A company operating in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced PSCM Team Lead to oversee procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient sourcing processes and timely delivery of materials and services to support operational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate procurement, expediting, and logistics activities within the PSCM function.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order or contract award.
• Supervise PSCM team members and ensure procurement processes are executed in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support operational and project needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring effective communication and performance management.
• Review procurement documentation including RFQs, bid evaluation reports, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and support budget control through efficient procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are accurately defined and fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.
• Proven experience managing tendering processes, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
• Previous experience leading or supervising procurement teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of Azerbaijani and English
