We are seeking a results-orientated Corporate Affairs and External Communications Manager to lead strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and end-user activation campaigns. The successful candidate will have an established network across media, policymakers and influencers, hands-on experience delivering customer awareness campaigns (ideally in pharma, dermo cosmetics, FMCG or telecom), and a track record of developing closed-loop activation campaigns for end-users. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic communicator who can combine corporate affairs expertise with commercial campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs and communications strategies that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, policymakers, opinion leaders and key influencers to advance company priorities.
  • Plan and execute customer awareness campaigns targeting end-users; measure impact and optimize for reach and conversion.
  • Design and deliver closed-loop activation campaigns that capture user insights, drive engagement, and feed learnings back into marketing and product teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with medical affairs, marketing, regulatory and commercial teams to ensure aligned messaging and compliance.
  • Monitor public policy, regulatory developments and media coverage; prepare briefings, position papers and reactive communications as needed.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to execute PR, digital and activation initiatives within budget and timeline.
  • Report on campaign performance and stakeholder engagement metrics to senior leadership.

Required qualifications and experience

  • Established and extensive network across media, policymakers and influencers.
  • Proven experience running customer awareness campaigns with end-users, preferably within pharma, dermocosmetics, FMCG or telecom.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing closed-loop activation campaigns for end-users.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills; comfortable communicating internally and adopting best practices from international contexts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred qualifications

  • International experience or exposure to multi-market campaigns.
  • Experience working within regulated environments and familiarity with relevant compliance requirements.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the region.
  • Advanced degree in communications, public affairs or related discipline.
