Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience
- Manage incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments using clinic scheduling software
- Register new patients and update existing patient records in accordance with data protection regulations
- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures
- Liaise with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collect payments, issue invoices/receipts, and maintain basic financial records
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas
- Uphold strict confidentiality and handle all patient information in a discreet and professional manner
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role within a medical clinic or healthcare facility
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian & English language
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in using computers and familiar with clinic management or scheduling software
